When you choose to email Showhy, we may receive your name, business name, website address, email address and the information you share about your business goals. The Start by Email page opens your email application; it does not submit the form to a separate website database.

Why we use it

We use information you send to answer your enquiry, prepare relevant website direction, communicate about a potential project and keep a record of requests not to receive further outreach.

Outreach emails

When we contact a business by email, we use publicly available business information to make the message relevant. Every outreach email should identify Showhy and provide a clear opt-out. We maintain a suppression list for anyone who asks not to be contacted.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiries and project correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, project, accounting or legal purposes. You may ask us to delete information where appropriate.

Your rights
