Core · Decision

Choose one improvement or ongoing help.

Showhy publishes starter prices with explicit scopes so a low headline cannot quietly expand into an unpredictable project.

Clear scope and evidence

One-off work

Each of the 35 one-off services has a public from-price and starter scope. Extra pages, locations, channels, participants, specialist production and external costs are agreed separately. Ongoing Recognition Management is available only through Star Management.

Payment timing

  • Eligible fixed-scope work up to £1,500: delivery first, invoice afterwards, payment due within seven days.
  • Larger bespoke projects: normally 30% to schedule, 40% at the first complete draft or staging delivery and 30% at handover.
  • Advertising spend, software, printing, travel and other approved outside costs: paid in advance.

Monthly plans

Plans are billed monthly in advance with no minimum term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid cycle. Capacity, rollover and member discounts are defined rather than implied.

VAT and legal status

The site does not state “VAT included” or “plus VAT” until the real legal and VAT position is confirmed. Checkout remains disabled until the genuine trader identity and service address exist.

Questions people ask

Questions about this route

Why do prices say “from”?

The figure is tied to a real starter scope. Larger or more complex work needs a written quote rather than pretending every business has the same requirement.

Does work first, pay after apply to everything?

No. It applies only to eligible fixed-scope Showhy fees up to £1,500. Plans, large bespoke projects and outside costs use their approved payment rules.
